What do I need to wear?

We recommend jeans, closed toe shoes and a weather appropriate top or jacket.

What about bad weather?

Our equipment is almost weather proof. We can and do play in the rain if the kids are up to it. If lightning or tornado warnings are within the last 2 hours we will postpone the event. Safety is always first.

Can we reschedule the event?​

If you call before 72 hours of the event we will allow you the opportunity to reschedule the event one time without losing your deposit. If you reschedule the event within 72 hours we will charge a 50.00 dollar reschedule fee to pay for cost associated with the event. Rescheduling times and dates are at the sole discretion of Laser Squad USA Mobile Laser tag.

What is the minimum age to play Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag?

We have many years of experience in this matter. We allow 8 and up to play. If you are a parent and want to escort a smaller brother or sister on the battlefield we will allow it as long as we have equipment. This is at the sole discretion of Laser Squad USA Mobile Laser tag

May I take pictures at a Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag party?

Yes, Mom, Dad or Sister can be the combat photographer during the party and can go anywhere we allow on the battlefield for once in a lifetime shots of friends, family, and the birthday person in the midst of battle.

Is Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag safe?

Yes, even though it says laser tag our equipment does not use lasers instead it uses harmless infrared technology the same as in your TV remote control. So, it is completely eyes safe.

Is Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag properly insured?

Great question, Yes, Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag is fully insured with a national respected insurance carrier. We also do not ask any participants to sign waivers.

Can I bring food, drinks or cake to a Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag party?

On the mobile side of the business since we play in parks or private venues you are able to bring whatever the park or venue allows. We do not allow any alcoholic beverages to be included with birthday parties events. Our insurance does not allow us to have any alcohol near minors for safety and liability purposes.

How soon should I book a Laser Squad USA Mobile laser tag party?

We are a first come first serve booking style. If you need an instant event it might be possible so it doesn't hurt to go ahead and call. Just don't be surprised if we don't have availability. So we recommend calling asap if you need a party booked.
